Your child deserves the best from this school. However, teachers and school staff cannot do this on their own. Learning is not limited to between the beginning and end of the school day. This is why partnership with parents is so important. When a school community works together excellent results can be achieved. This includes parents and/or carers supporting their children at home by encouraging learning, good conduct and high expectations. With this community effort, we will see our children reach their full potential. Our vision is for Harry Gosling School to be central to our community.

We aim to do this by working together to be at the heart of the community , sharing  facilities and good practices with other local schools and organisations and being a center of teaching and learning.

The school hosts weekly coffee mornings every Tuesday morning at 9 a.m. Throughout the school year, workshops and clubs are held for parents and children in a range of subjects, from mathematics to silk painting classes. It is possible to hire the school building for community events. Please contact the school office for more details.
